Continuing Professional Development - CPD

If you study for Chartered Institute of Marketing qualifications you will be able to claim CPD points from your studies, ultimately leading to gaining the designation Chartered Marketer.

Chartered Marketer status is the mark of an up to date, experienced and qualified marketing professional.

To become a Chartered Marketer and be recognised as an experienced, qualified and up to date marketing professional you must:

• Complete 35 hours of CPD activity annually (1 July - 30 June) for a minimum of two consecutive years and record your activities on the CPD portal or CPD record card for the relevant period each year.
• You must hold either Member (MCIM) or Fellow (FCIM) grade to be eligible for Chartered Marketer status. However, you can start undertaking your CPD activity at any grade of membership.
