The Chartered Postgraduate Diploma In Marketing is a challenging marketing qualification that demonstrates specialist professional knowledge across many areas and a route to Chartered Marketer status.

The qualification aims to enable marketers to champion the customer experience and exert a strong influence on the organisation to adopt a customer orientation, contribute along with other directors and senior managers to its competitive strategy, align the organisation's activities to the customer, and manage the organisation's marketing activities.

There are four units in stage one of the Chartered Post Graduate Diploma:

• Emerging Themes
• Analysis and Decision
• Marketing Leadership and Planning
• Managing Corporate Reputation

Delivery format

SPA Professional Academy weekend courses are delivered to very high professional standards, the Chartered Post Graduate Diploma Stage One is delivered through 20 Saturday workshops over an 18 month period.

Students are provided with comprehensive course support resources for each unit including:

• The official CIM Coursebook
• Audio Podcast of workshops available after each day
• Self study materials
• Full email and and telephone support during the course for assignment and case study preparation as appropriate
